1. Scope of Services:

The Local Business Digital Start-up Package includes

  • 6 months web hosting
  • A new 7 page WordPress website,
  • Up to 20 stock images
  • Creation of website content (from a completed questionnaire)
  • SEO services,
  • Social media profile set-up (as required)
  • Social media content creation (as required)
  • Monthly reporting

2. Payment Terms:

  • The project is offered at a fixed monthly rate of $1,200 inc 10% GST, payable over six months with a minimum total cost of $7,200 inc 10% GST
  • Six equal payments payable on the either the 1st of the month or the15th of the month, as agreed, over a 6-month period.
  • Agreed variations (e.g. additional pages) to be billed on completion of variations.
  • By choosing to proceed with the Local Business Digital Start-up Package, the client agrees to the 6-month payment commitment.

3. Project Duration and Timeline:

  • The package is designed as a fixed-term project spanning six months.
  • The client acknowledges and agrees to the duration of the service.

The project timeline will be as follows:

  • Commencement on building the website
  • Social media platforms set-up/optimised
  • Social Media posts developed
Month 2
  • Website made live
  • Social Media posts scheduled
  • Local Citations created
Month 3
  • Monthly reporting
  • Social Media posts scheduled
  • 2 new pieces of content added to the website
  • Local Citations created
Month 4
  • Monthly reporting
  • Social Media posts scheduled
  • 2 new pieces of content added to the website
  • Local Citations created
Month 5
  • Monthly reporting
  • Social Media posts scheduled
  • 2 new pieces of content added to the website
  • Local Citations created
Month 6
  • Monthly reporting
  • Social Media posts scheduled

4. Additional Services:

  • Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the package will be subject to additional charges.
  • These will be outlined and agreed upon before implementation.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of the package before the completion of the 6-month term will not exempt the client from the total agreed cost.
  • The Website retains the property of The ICT Shak until the full payment of $7 200 is made.

6. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for providing necessary information and materials promptly to facilitate the timely execution of the project.
  • The client is expected to actively participate in consultations and approvals during the project timeline.

7. Ownership and Rights:

  •  Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the developed website and its content.
  • At the end of the 6 months, the client will be charged hosting fees at our standard hosting charges at that time, but if you choose to move the hosting away from us at that time, you are free to do so. 
  • The ICT Shak retains the right to display the completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

8. Alterations and Revisions:

  • Reasonable revisions and alterations are included within the scope of the package.
  • Excessive revisions or alterations beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges.

9. Liability:

  • The ICT Shak is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, third-party services, or force majeure.

10. Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the project with the utmost confidentiality and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The ICT Shak operates.(Queensland, Australia)

12. Acceptance:

  • By initiating the project, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
